SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time:
7–15 business days depending on destination and carrier updates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.

You can check your order status at any time using the tracking link provided.

Multiple Packages

To speed up delivery, some orders may ship in separate packages.
You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

Customs & Import Fees

For international customers, duties and taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us within 24 hours.
After shipment, we cannot change the address.
If the package returns to us, we can reship it (additional shipping may apply).

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find the package, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Look at alternate delivery locations

  • Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

If still missing, contact us and we’ll help with a carrier investigation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived after 30 days, we will offer a replacement or refund.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost — and you do not need to send the product back.

Change of Mind or Unwanted Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong choice

  • Personal preference

  • Used items

Please review product details, sizing, and colors before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, orders may already be processing and cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
